C:\Windows\system32\wow64cpu.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error is the message I keep getting. It won't start in safe mode or last known good configuration either. This is a two week old computer so I've transferred lots of files to it over the past two weeks and everything was peachy until yesterday.

If this was a store purchase and not your own build, I would return it to the place of purchase and demand an exchange or refund after copying all of your files to a USB external drive with a linux boot disk like Puppy and then deleting them from the internal drive.

If this is your own build, then I would copy the files that you moved to this computer if they are no longer available and reinstall the OS.
