I just purchased a new computer with Windows 7 Home Premium on it, When it started up correctly it would bring up the desktop no problem and i took the opportunity to uninstall all of the stuff that came pre-installed with it hoping to make it start up correctly again, but when i try to start it up it just hangs at the background that displayed before the computer loaded (the background that shows before you login) it will do this until i restart it again a couple more times when it loads correctly, what is causing this. This is a brand new computer and it already starting to fail on us.

if it is necessary do i have to re-install windows which might be a way to go since it won't have all of the junk on it after it is finished, or after uninstalling windows i wouldn't be able to return it?

Since it is a brand new computer, you should be able to set it back to the factory state if it is an OEM like HP or Dell. Anything added since you bought it would be lost. Then with the computer back to factory state, run it awhile and if the problem returns, return the computer. What is the name and model number? Did you only uninstall using Add/Remove programs in control panel or did you use some other software?
