Windows 7 won't start

After removing the Alureon.a trojan with the windows defender offline tool, windows 7 won't boot and the boot repair does not work. I've ran the frst64 tool but am at a loss as to what's next. I'm attaching the FRST.txt file it created . This system is critical for business operations in the morning... sure hope it can be fixed in time.

The system has been cleaned, updated and put back into service off site. When work permits I'll run the 3 programs you listed but all symptoms have been solved and the system is running like new again. The other steps in the "Malware removal guide" have been completed.
The postings in this forum and your direct help saved us Mega dollars due to proprietary software on the system that we no longer have access to. I'm glad I found your site while searching for solutions and will check here first the next time I have issues.
