Windows 98 Enhanced Graphic Utilities?

    Is there a way to make Windows 98 se graphics better? I'm refurbishing a laptop for a friend and it makes websites look pretty poor graphically. I figure this must be utilities or something. I figure even being able to get 256 color would fix it. Is there a way to get 256 color, as right now all I can get is 16.

    No ultility, but you would have to find the proper graphics driver, that would increase your colors.

    Yep- coleman is 100% correct. Download and run Everest (free from MajorGeeks) to find out what video driver you need, or just visit the PC maker's web site, go to their drivers/downloads page, type in the model number of the laptop, download and install the correct driver. Easy, no? If you have troubles, post the make and model of the PC and we'll try to help.
