Windows Antivirus Pro and missing desktop!

I had the Windows Antivirus Pro pop up on me while I was online and all the fake pop up balloons.
I then shut down the computer, and logged on as normal and tried looking for solutions online. So I ended the "svchast.exe" process, and then tried running mbam! It showed up and scanned for like 2 seconds before disappearing, and after that, my desktop disappeared.
I've tried running "explorer.exe" from taskmanager and that doesn't work. System restore doesn't work. and I can't run any of my antivirus in safe mode either.
Please advise
