Windows Antivirus Pro

My computer is currently suffering from the Windows Antivirus Pro Malware.

I have pursued several avenues to remove the malware; however, I run into the following issues:

I am unable to run executable programs (i.e. avenger, malwarebytes, etc)
-Dos box flashes across screen. No other reation to opening programs

I am unable to get internet connection

I am unable to access the registry
-I receive "disabled by admin"- when I changed the settings, I now receive the same DOS reaction to opening the registry as executable programs receive.

I am unable to access add/remove programs or similar administrative tools
-I receive "rundll32.exe The parameter is incorrect"

Any help would be greatly appreciated
