Windows Bar Items Missing

I am using windows 10 pro 64 bit

i installed classic shell and i had my calculator, note pad and other apps showing on the left

However they dissapeared now after tweaking windows 10 with the ''win 10 privacy'' app.

I am checking to see if i deleted anything by accident but i did not. I did take off the ''feedback hub'' app

anyway to get my things back to show up like the picture i am submitting?

its completely blank now

the section where it showed notepad, paint etc is now all blue
