Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile

    I am getting this message when I try to log on XP Pro Admin account "Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system". I tried to create a new account with the Admin rights but I get the same message on that one too. How can I fix this? I appreciate any help..
