Windows Defender Issues !

    Widows defender keepsshowing in my task bar and when i click on it it says that i haven't scanned for 5 days i only scanned this morning when it done this so whats the prob ?
    OH ! and BTW whist writing this tread it has started scanning WTF !!! :confused

    I'd turn the auto scanning off in Tools > Options. Interestingly, since antispyware was added to AVG, Defender hardly ever finds anything on my systems.
