Windows Defender Problems

    Hi everyone,

    I have a slight problem it seems with my registry and Windows defender, once i boot up Vista Home Premium, Windows defender pops with in 5 mins and tells me i have 5 issues that either need permitting or denying, they are all auto start agents, have no publisher, and the path that is shown i do not recognise. I downloaded a small application from this website; http://cid-3f7c7d35e0d2de54.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/Openbaar/Ave|4s Glass Toasts.exe and it seems this has caused the problem as everything was fine before.

    I am currently running a full system scan with Norton 360 and after that i will do the same with Defender and update this post with the outcome.

    Any help with this issue would be much appreciated :D

    Looks like you are infected with Virtumonde (aka Vundo).


    Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions. If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
