   This requires me to have MS360. I had an image editor as I recall called PC Image editor, but it seems to be corrupted. And it was a trail app..or photo pad--trial expired. I have a few shots of our deer heard I'd like to clean up if anyone has a suggestion or three...

   As I recall, Adobe's PhotoshopExpress was pretty good, and easy enough to figure out. If you've the time and patience for a fairly steep learning curve, though, I recommend The GIMP.
