Windows Doctor?

ok that was just my guess of a name, but is there anything out there that checks the integrity of Windows and does repairs if necessary? For example I get a fair bit of booting time even after defragging and running the anti-spyware turorial? Or if certain things arent optimised/set correctly etc?

Id like to keep my pc healthy but i havent done a format in like two years and im not pc literate enuf to keep everything w/o having to reinstall every program I have from scratch.

The best one I've used (and I've tried many) that doesn't screw up anything is TuneUp Utilities which you can get here. I've been using it for over a year now and it does alot. Cleans the registry, optimizes the registry, optimizes network and internet connections, optimizes the system, and many other goodies.
