Windows Error Recovery Screen

I tried logging into my computer this morning and got an error screen that said Windows Error Recovery. And i have to options either start windows normally or Windows start up repair(recommended). I have tried both and they all lead me to the same screen. Its the Windows logo screen that just says Windows but with no logo. After that its just a black screen. Ive tried going to safe mode but it does the same thing after giving me a blue box that has my hardrive and cd drive options to choose from which its never done before. Help please.
