   I would please like some guidance. My laptop is stuck showing the windows error recovery screen. the start up repair is not working. The start windows normally freezes. What should I do?

   You did not give much info. What is the brand and model of laptop? What version of windows are you running? Did you start the recovery? If so, did you start it from within windows, from a hidden partition or from a restore CD/DVD?
