Windows Error Messages is a very simple program for displaying - gasp! - Windows error messages. What that means is that you can either search message explanation by its number or browse the error list

Version 1.0 only. I've just downloaded and haven't tried it yet, but if you have experienced frustration ( and who hasn't) with Windows error messages, then this may help.

Allapi has a win32 error number looker upperer

Im sure I remember seeing one before, but cant for the life of me think where, oh well should make for interesting reading bazza lol
