Windows Errors

I have two questions. First of all, I was wondering if you would know why everytime I try to restart my computer it pops up a window that says "ShellIconHiddenWindow" is open. Do you know what that means? And also, when I try to restart it sometimes a message pops up that says, "iexplorer.exe-DLL Initialization Failed". What does this mean?

 

1. ShellIconHiddenWindow is part of MusicMatch Jukebox. Download CCleaner here, http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4191

Start CCleaner and click on Tools and then Startup, this lets you enable/disable what programs "load" when you start the computer. Look for anything MusicMatch and disable it from starting.


2. You need to make sure if this is iexplorer.exe or iexplore.exe. The first one (the one you listed) is adware or spyware. If it is iexplorer.exe as you listed run the two programs below and see if it gets rid of it.
