Windows Event Log Notifier

Is there any tool that I can set up to watch out for specific events in the Windows event log and add them as warnings visible to the user, ie. in the notification area?

I used to use fulleventlogview from nirsoft. It's actually quite a good program, but I can't remember if it does all that you wish. This link has an abundance of informtion:
