windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

when ever i log into my windows and try to open my computer ' windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close' pops up. When i click dont send it. another one appears sayin ' dr watson post mortem debugger has encountered a problem and needs to close. When i click dont send it again .. my pc freezes. and if i press crtl+alt+del another one sayin task manager has encountered a problem and needs to close appears. Same happens when i restart my pc.
