Windows Explorer has encountered a problem ...

    "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close."

    Running WinXP SP3.

    Seems to happen somewhat randomly, but at least once when launching explorer. All properties of explorer.exe match a copy on another WinXP SP3 machine.

    From the event viewer:

    Just finished a Malware cleanup and was sent over here ;)
