When viewing files in windows explorer some files appear in blue. It does it in any folder. Has anyone seen this before? We have three other computers and none of them do this. All are running XP Home.

files in blue usually mean they have been compressed, have you tried to compress your hard drive recently?

I don't think krayzie's crazy here, guy. Open an Explorer window (any folder), click Tools on the menu bar, Folder Options, the View tab, scroll waaaaaay down in the column of check-boxes, and UNcheck the "encrypted or compressed in color" line.

With luck, that's it, and that'll cure yer blues.
