windows failed to start 0xc000000f bootmgr W7

Well... where to start?

My 320GB HDD started to give me SMART error 301 (bad clusters),
so I bought another Samsung, this time a 500GB HDD (sata notebook).

By a mistake I started the HP recovery process with the 320HD, so I canceled,
(BTW they don't give you the option to cancel), anyway it stoped at 8% formatted.

Then I DL the Parted Magic live CD, and stared to change the partitions
(because I am trying to install Linux Mint at the same time), and I discovered
that I had screw*d up the 320HD system partition, bad mistake, but I think
I made a bigger mistake when I deleted the broken partition, using GParted.

What should I do, I want to repair/restore the partition for the sake of the experience,
rather than format and recover. I'm talking about the 320HD...(bootmgr missing)

Now the 500HD somehow ran into trouble too, I have no idea how and why
(I must have messed with something in GParted), it gives the following error mgs:

Windows Boot Manager

Windows failed to start. a recent hardware or bla. bla. bla....

Status 0xc000000f

Info:
The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

press ENTER

RAM disk options EMS enabled.

I found the above quoted message, maybe it applies to one of the cited problems,
don't know, I need help!

I just need to say that I don't have a win7 install DVD, but only a HP Recovery DVD,
if that makes any difference.

I also tried to move the boot files from one drive to another(320 to 500),
because I saw that something was missing
(comparing the files on one drive with the other), in an attempt to resolve, but no luck.
