Windows Firewall

At logon my computer kept switching off and rebooting all the time. I went into safe mode and got it to work and ran all my antispy ware etc and now it boots up ok but has no firewall. I keep getting a message that because of an unidentified problem windows cannot display firewall settings when I try to turn firewall on. Any help much appreciated thanks.

I agree. There are much better firewalls available and they are free.

click firewall, ok

Personally, I love kerio rule-based firewall. If you want simplicity, try sygate or zonealarm.

That just took me back to where I have already been through windows Security Centre. I might try downloading one of the others and see what happens.
