    Yo, THING!

You gotta learn to leave that box ALONE when it's working good! You keep messing with it and you're gonna spend the rest of your life waiting for the team at Major Geeks to help you get it WORKING again.

If it ain't BROKE, don't FIX it!

    So long for now.

Wisewiz is getting at ( and I hope this is what you are getting at Wise ) why do you want to remove core OS folders... as I dont think you are going to get any of us avocating deletion of such files.

and yes while you can remove alot of installed fonts from the fonts folder you would need to know which are needed to keep the OS and any installed software working.

If Microsoft dont get things right in your eyes then why use their products?

I think they have done things right as they ( albiet Xerox developed the first GUI ) brought PC usage into the home market in the big way it is today! yes they have had their fir share of bugs in their OSs BUT many more people use their products so bugs and failures will be highlighted... one thing to concider is NO os is ever a final finished product ( they are ongoing betas ) there will always be many error variables..........cest la vie!

but there are certain aspects of their products that you can't change w/o a complete software failure...and the core folders of the operating system is one of those things.
