"Windows has detected spyware infection"

Hi Everyone.
I am new to Major Geeks.I have McAfee which said it found and removed the Generic FakeAlert.b..but I have a flashing question mark shield in the notification area on my task bar. It keeps popping up a "system warning";

"Windows has detected spyware infection.
It is recommended to use special antispyware
tools to prevent data loss...

My Outlook Express doesnt work and this is what it says;

" Outlook express could not be started b/c
MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. outlook
express may not be installed correctly"


Can someone help me fix this...thank you
