    I am old and really a novice.My problem is to get windows on again.I have bought
    a new windows vista cd.Tried to install it competes it then it starts again.IS is not going to the harddrive.Also tried xp all I get is a blank screen.Please help

    Still trying.Went to picture 16 then went back to the beginning again

    Yes it goes to picture 16 then it says press any key to boot from cd or dvd do that starts all over again.:(
