Windows in recycle bin?

My Recycle bin has my windows folder in it... and I didn't do it... From the beginning I guess... I was cleaning up my computer using CCleaner and it kept "DL345 in use" (something like that), so I tried cleaning out my recycle bin manually and it said are you sure you want to delete "Windows"... anyone got any ideas... the icon and all that isn't acctually in there... but ya...

Check in C:\ and see if the WINDOWS folder has contents and see if anything looks suspicious.

Try to get information from what's in the Recycle Bin, if everthing appears ok in the C:\WINDOWS folder just run CCleaner and have it clean it. If everything appears ok in C:\WINDOWS it's most likey not going to hurt anything.

 

Well it's not in the recycle bin anymore and it still has contents so I guess thanks for your help this time and all the previous times.

Kind of weird, was it an actual folder named WINDOWS, did you see it?

 

No I didn't acctually see it but it kept saying it was "Windows" in the are you sure message... also the icon for the recycle bin was the one with stuff in it.

Nope everything is working fine. Scared me when it first happened though. I'll be sure to tell ya if anything happens.
