I am running Windows XP and have Works Suite 2000. I just installed Earthlink Total Access and when I try to write email using Earthlink's Mailbox program, Windows installer comes up and asks for the Microsoft Word 2000 disk for some reason. When I put in the first Works Suite disk (containing Word 2000) it says it is not a valid disk. I don't have this problem when workinng in Outlook. I do have the problem when I am logged onto to my work email through the Web. Any idea what the cause is and how to fix it? Thanks...
