Windows Installer

    I'm (sadly) a windows user, and I run it on a Lenovo ideapad Y530. There were a few problems with some OS files and I ran the process already installed on the computer which is a lenovo product and now Windows Installer isn't working. Now when I try to install programs I can't. I'll include pictured of the two prompts that show up when I try to install Windows Media Player 11, and iTunes. Point of reference: I use Vista.

    I can't install Windows Installer because my copy of Windows installer doesn't work anymore.
