Windows Internet Explorer 7 pop-up

After I have checked a windows internet explorer website...Like my bank at Arvest dot com and closed the window and internet explorer...I get a windows internet explorer block that pops up and keeps poppin up, about 1/3 the full size of the window with https://www.arvest.com/?bank=littlerock in the address line. The window does not open, just a blank window with the above address. This happens with other explorer websites. All blank with the address of a previously closed website.

 

It could be malware, if you keep getting unsoliciated pop ups I'd go to the malware forum and post there.
