Windows/Internet Explorer Not Responding

Don't know if this is a software, hardware or malaware issue.

I have a Toshiba Satallite 775 laptop with Windows 7 (64) Home and IE11. Also installed are Wise Care 365, Advance Care System(latest version), McAfee Total Protection, IOBit Malaware and Microsoft Security Essentials.

MY PROBLEMS:
I frequently get an "Internet Explorer Not Responding" message whilst on Yahoo; and
I occasionally get a "Windows Explorer Not Responding" message when trying to connect to Yahoo or Google.

What is awry:confused???????

Hi

Need to remove all bar one of the following McAfee, Microsoft Security Essentials, IOBit Malware, Advance Care as running multiple live scanning apps (if you have live scanning enabled) will cause software anomalies as well as internet ones.

Can read this info How to Protect yourself from malware! which will help in protecting your PC. Best rule of thumb is one live scanning anti-virus app and one or two on-demand scanners like Superantispyware or Malwarebytes and the likes of Spywareblaster (this one doesnt run but can block known bad websites from loading in the first place, all are listed the the link earlier.

Once the above is done, after a reboot how is your PC and internet.

They are both working fine. After 2 days of use, only 1 IE episode.
