Windows keeps on trying to install drivers

    Windows keeps on trying to install my video card drivers, ATI 8.07s(already installed).What can I do to keep them from "popping" up at start-up? I used driver cleaner the first time to get rid of them, but they came back(duplicate set of the ones I'm using) and I don't want to go through the whole procedure again of uninstalling and reinstalling.
