Windows Key Is Corrupted Message. Computer Will Restart Every 10 Minutes Message

I don't often use the computer as my tablet is much easier, but today I recieved this corrupt key message and I have never seen one like this.

I was almost ready to believe the Microsoft callers about my computer problems but I know better.
ha ha

Is this a virus or is my computer messed up? I don't know where to begin if it is corrupted and I am not computer savvy so any technical explanation will not help me.

I have been on the computer for an hour and it hasn't shut down yet.

If it is an error message saying you need to call someone, then YES it is malware! If it doesn't say that then attach a screenshot as eldon suggested.
But if it did say you had to call anyone about it, you will have to carry out the steps in THIS GUIDE and after you have completed every step you can (making a note of any any steps you simply can't finish) post a new thread with the scan logs attached in the SPECIALIST Malware Forum.

A 'windows key' simply doesn't become 'corrupted' and you would not get a message like that from all my years of Windows experience.
