Windows Live Mail in Windows 7 Ultimate

Hello Everyone

Im using windows live mail in windows 7 ultimate (64 bit) I have just started to get a message which reads "Server has unexpectedly terminated connection" with a button OK and Cancel if I press the OK I then get the messages come through.
Can anyone tell me how I can stop getting this message ?, I have tried disabling my AVG anti virus but this hasn't helped and extending the time out to 3 minutes.

I guess the reason no one has any suggestions is because the message would suggest that this isn't a problem you can do anything about and that the fault lies with your ISP. Have you talked to them about this, or looked on their boards if they have them?

 

I have talked to Sky and they say its a software problem but I will give them another ring, thanks

 

Have you checked your mail settings in windows live mail.
