    Hello!

My employer and I are trying to send a newsletter by sending a webpage as an email using Windows Live Mail. I can send normal emails using the service and have had little issue receiving mail with the service, but when I try sending our web page as an email, it is never received. I'm unsure how common this issue is, or what needs to be done to solve this, and we'd greatly appreciate anyone's help on the matter.

    Thanks,
    Costume Company

It's never received - by 1 test send, or by no-one of a large list?

If it's just 1 or a few, then it may have been filtered by anti-spam software.

Try sending it to a Gmail account, where all perceived spam messages end up in the Junk mail folder.

If it's not received by the Gmail account, then it has not been sent at all.

P.S. another reason that messages may not be received is if the message is too large.

    How big is your message?

No one received the message from a fairly long list of email adresses, nor does it work on a test-send to one user.

The size of all the files associated with the webpage is 314KB, though the size of the webpage itself is 4KB.

    Thanks,
    Costume Company

    HI

I would attack the issue with trying a different route, try printing your webpages homepage as a PDF or screenshot as an image and then attach as in the PDF the page or embed into the email the screenshot, the screenshot way is a good one I use alot for work images.

Just take a screenshot of your webpage and save it as a JPEG, then in WLM start a new email message and type what you need to and then to embed the image click the Insert Menu and then click Single Photo and that will insert the screenshot into your email message.
