Windows Live Messenger Problem

    About a week ago, whenever i was logged into Windows Live Messenger this error would pop up about every 5 min:

    I have tried pressing "Yes", and "No" but the message still keeps popping up...

    I am using Windows Live Messenger ver. 8.1 build 8.1.0178.00 With Messenger Plus Live...

    Any ideas on how to fix this?
