Windows Live Messenger

    This is my first post. I am actually trying to help my mother. She keeps getting kicked out of windows live messenger. It logs her in, then out, then in. etc. She also mentioned something about now getting double emails. Here is her Hijack this log. Can anyone please tell me what to fix. I am pretty sure I know the process of fixing them just not sure which ones.
