windows mail dilema

    Greetings from Niagara Falls Canada :-D
    I am having an on going issues with windows mail.
    When I receive mail, I can print it out, but as soon as i reply to the mail, and I want to print it,,,, it comes out all code.
    do you have any ideas ?
    What I do is paste it into word and print it, but Its a pain,
    I am using windows 7
    any help would be appreciated !
