Windows Me (oldie) affected can't connect to web

Hi guys,
need help for my sad situation ... ;-)
I got as a present from my wife
a brand new 9 years' laptop by Dell (Inspiron 4100),
equipped with a performing Windows Me ....
It's not so easy to find drivers for his old hw components,
so I wish I'll not be forced to have a deep format..
Now I'm trying to have a diagnostic experience,
but there is some trojan or dialer or virus or....more than one...
that modifies and corrupts *.dll system files,
so I can't connect to the web to have an online scan.
Exactly, it connects, the browser opens but never load any page!
I tried with avast!, ClamWin and VirIt but can't upgrade or download definitions..
PrevX didn't find anything.
ClamWin has found something, I'm posting Logs in attachement.
Sometimes the mouse is forced to the border of the screen and even points to anithing it meets on its way...
Surely I'm affected, but how to get out of this situation?
I've got a second PC, but can't sacrifice it, I'm workig with it..

Last but not least, I have READ but I can't RUN FIRST your precious tips without connection!!!!

don't want to bore u, answer if and when u like..

I only need to say that

I tried your Win 98 and Me Cleaning Procedure,
but can't install SUPERAntispyware because it needs a Service Pack (with Windows Installer) to run, and can't install Spybot S&D because it tries to connect (trojan?) at the beginning, then it cuts off installing...
All the time without connecting and with a crazy pointing mouse...
