Windows Media Player 11 video

    Hey

    When I play a visual image in Windows Media Player 11, the sound goes but not the visual. How do I Fix this?

    it could be possible that you are missing a codec to play the file correctly. what type of file are you tring to play (ie - .mpg, .avi, etc)? are you sure the file is good (have you tried it on another comp)? when you are playing the file, on the right hand side (the file name), does it show a '!", or something like that? what is your os (ie - xp, vista)? - sos
