Windows Media Player problems

    I am having problems with Windows Media Player
    I created a limited access account in Windows xp....but the Media Player will not open or play.....also when I right click on a music file or movie file it goes to installing Adobe Acrobate 9 Pro....but it is already installed...don't understand cuz if i change the account type to administrative...everything works fine..Please help.
