Windows Media player

Hi, My Media player keep messing up , i put a disk in and it take ages to laod and then it starts to play and it stops and starts e.g how---was--i--suppos--to-no ! Why and then it crashes , and i tryed to copy a disk to my media player and it dies not do thet either

HELP PLEASE

 

May be a CD drive issue. See if WMP will load content already on your PC.

 

I can play tracks wit people have send me but no c.d's

Let's start with a description of your "media player". What is it -- CD-ROM? CD-R? CD-RW? DVD of one flavour or another? Let's have a make and model number while you're at it.

And what software are you using to run it? What operating system are you running all that on?

Without more information, drtrmiller has said about all there is to say -- and in my opinion, it's a good guess. But that's all it is. Keep in mind that most of us here won't post a reply if it means guessing -- it's too easy to mess someone up that way.
