Windows Media Starts and Immediately Shuts Down

I'm sure this PC is infected. I turned PC on to immediately see that the AVG8.5 icon was not near the clock. I clicked AVG icon on desktop and it would not open. I was scared that if I unistalled AVG, that I would not be able to reinstall it. I next ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It removed lots of trojans. Then I tried to run SUPERAntiSpyware. The PC would shut down a few minutes into the scan, even with me renaming to SAS.exe. Now you turn on the PC, and it immediatly shuts down. I did the F2 and F12 but I didn't see anything there except restore Dell defaults and check the harddrive. I did not restore anything. I checked harddrive. It is ok.

Also, before I ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, a installer screen would come up. Unload product was one thing I saw. The other thing was ATL71.dll error.

I appreciate any help.
