Windows Medoa Player 10, Bo:stack buffer overload malware...

Just recently I tried start up windows media player 10, and I got the error message bo:stack and buffer overload, i have attached a screen of the error message. I have done all the items on the "do this before posting" page and the error remains. i ran hijackthis and have attached a log file of it aswell. any help as to how I remove this malware is greatly appreciated.
