"Windows no Disk" error message

Hi,
Sorry if this is not the correct area for this but felt I needed to say my thanks for the Malware Removal.
For months I have had a probelm getting an error message "Exception processing message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c "Windows no disk".:cry

I had tried everything spent hours trawling the internet for an answer:confused but the dam thing kept returning, I had put off folowwing the malware removal as I thought it may be to complicated for me, but after putting up with and being so sick of the thing I thought I would have a go.

Guess what "Its worked" and I managed to do the process without any problem thanks to the clear precise insrtructions, I can only say if like me you feel unsure, have a go.
So big thanks to all the team for their help on this and other matters, what would we do with out your time and patience
