Windows no disk error

    Hey everyone. My managers pc has started to give this error code everytime he turns his pc on . I tried to look for a solution but have not had time to search through everything in the internet ocean. Any help would be very appreciated with this no disk error ..Thanks in advance, ;) Elena

    Hi

    Which Windows version he using?

    First off double check their is no floppy disk inthe floppy drive?

    Next is that the full message, if not please do give us the rest of the message in full.

    Can you keep clicking say OK or Cancel and then your allowed into Windows?

    Boot into safe mode (F8 at boot then choose Safe Mode with networking ) does the PC boot ok?

    If it does then, its likely to be a startup application causing this and one common one is Quicktime and here is options to fix

    he is using windows vista home premium, the message is a small window that appears with the words exception error and a ton of numbers and letters. we can click cancel 2 times and it goes away and does not bother again till it is restarted. Will check if he has quicktime. thanks
