Windows (not OS) mixing up

Well this problem has been bothering me for a while, and i would relly like some help and adivice on how to fix it.:confused

I am a bit confused about what your problem is. Can you list your system specs and what the issue is? From your photo, I am guessing you use a torrent type file sharing. In my experience those are a great way to get malware.

take another look, the address bar is covering some buttons, and things look out of place. Is that firefox 3? you might have an anime toolbar that isnt compatible with the browser? can you uninstall that (if it is a toolbar) ?

 

i have no anime toolbar

specs:

windows xp professional
vpro processer - dual core @2.33ghz
980mb RAM

graphics card - intel Q35 express chipset family, 350mb


the issue rell y is that, it takes toime to chnage the window and while doing so the windo's mix and look messy
and it freezes
