Windows Nt interrupt problem

    Have an old Windows NT 4.0 machine monitoring elevators. It uses a 3 com network card for the network. it seems to be a conflict with it. The device won't start. i know the card works - I tried it in another machine.
    Don't remember how to change settings or resolve Com conflicts in Win NT
