Windows registry problems

Hi, I have been having these problems for the last 6 months. I have used all of the virus scanners I have to try and fix it and my computer has been formatted twice but it keeps coming back. What happens is I get messages saying that I have registry problems and that I should visit a variety of sites suct as http:/ / w ww.fixed-pc.com to fix it. Can anyone help me at all?

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
