Well yesterday everything seemed fine, then I rebooted my pc and my Windows Security Center says that no antivirus and no firewall is detected, yet they are on and fully active. Might not be malware, but I am going to post the logs and scans for reassurance.

Windows Security Center often has problems like this and sometimes it is not due to malware. Sometimes you just have to disable it by saying you will do the monitoring.
