Windows Security Center.FirewallDisabled ?

    This keeps comming up on Spybot S&D, and i delete again, again, but it keeps comming back. Here are the files it creates.

    Windows Security Center.FirewallDisabled: Settings (Registry change, fixed)
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\windowsfirewall\domainprofile\enablefirewall!=dword:1

    Any Ideas on how to fix it permenatly?

    These are just warnings from Spybot that you have changed from the system default settings of Windows. Which antivirus application do you have installed? Which firewall application are you using? I assum it is not the Windows default that is why Spybot is printing those messages.

    Which is not the system default of a base Windows XP installation. Hence you have changed from the system defaults.

    From Spybot's Advanced Menu you select Settings and then Ignore Products. On the Ignore Products form select the Security.sbi tab and disable this by selecting the appropriate check boxes for the firewall.
